About This Project

A native Odoo 19 module developed during my 14-week internship at Endoo by Endare to replace an external SaaS platform. This enterprise solution enables companies to create step-by-step visual manuals with text, images, and video directly within their Odoo environment, eliminating the need for costly third-party subscriptions while providing seamless workflow integration with existing Odoo modules like Sales and Products.

Learning the Odoo framework and Python ecosystem from scratch while maintaining aggressive sprint timelines
Implementing a custom video trimmer that works seamlessly in both the admin interface and public web portal
Designing an efficient AI translation workflow with AWS Bedrock that maintains terminology consistency across large manual databases
Integrating AWS Polly for premium Text-to-Speech while providing a fallback to native Web Speech API for free users
Building a responsive web portal with custom video player that respects video trim points without re-encoding
Overcoming the tendency to build custom JavaScript solutions instead of leveraging native Odoo OWL components
